MUMBAI, Sept. 27 -- The Mumbai police crime branch has arrested two more candidates and two middlemen in connection with the paper leak of the competitive examination held by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) for recruitment of drug inspectors in the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA).
