Agra, Sept. 10 -- A 13-year-old boy was tied to a tree and beaten up on charges of theft by Nagla Cheena villagers on Tuesday within the limits of Ganjdundwada police station of Kasganj district. A video of the incident went viral and on the complaint lodged by the mother of the man, a case was registered and two people have been arrested. According to deputy SP for Patiali circle of Kasganj district, Amit Kumar, the case was registered at Ganjdundwada police station and two accused were arrested. "Snehlata, the mother of the boy, lodged a complaint at Ganjdundwada police station regarding the incident," the DSP said. The video that went viral also came into the knowledge of Kasganj police. A case was registered against Satya Pal, Dayaram, Nekram and Kitab Singh under relevant sections. "Two of the accused - Satya Pal and Kitab Singh - were arrested," he added....
