During a probe into the case, it came to light that Vinay Varma, a resident of Kusami village, allegedly hatched the conspiracy in a bid to kill Khan. Varma, an electrician, allegedly procured the speaker and assembled the IED using online tutorials. Along with him, six others involved in the conspiracy have been arrested, they added.
