PRAYAGRAJ, Aug. 6 -- A tragic incident unfolded in Habusa Mod village under the Sarai Inayat police station area in Prayagraj on Wednesday when a six-year-old deaf and mute boy drowned after accidentally falling into a rainwater-filled septic tank pit dug for toilet construction. The deceased, identified as Krishna, was the son of late Lalji Bind. According to family members, a septic tank pit had been dug near their home for the construction of a toilet.
