LUCKNOW, Sept. 11 -- Cabinet minister and Nishad Party national president Sanjay Nishad staged a protest at postmortem house in Lucknow on Thursday evening over the killing of a party worker Vinod Nishad in Gonda. Nishad alleged that Vinod, a Gonda resident, was shot and then attacked with a knife. He died during treatment at KGMU Trauma Centre. He demanded the dismissal of the Parasapur station house officer and Shahpur police outpost in-charge, alleging police inaction after the incident. The two officials were later suspended, SP, Gonda, Abhishek confirmed in a statement. VIP Party chief Mukesh Sahani and Samajwadi Party Backward Classes Cell state president Rajpal Kashyap also joined Nishad at the KGMU post-mortem house. htc...
