PRAYAGRAJ, Nov. 5 -- A major electricity theft case has been detected at M/s Om Ice Factory in Naini, where officials found that the electricity meter was allegedly being manipulated through an illegal neutral connection. The factory is owned by Manik Chand. A joint inspection was conducted by enforcement team-I and officials from the distribution and metering departments.
