PRAYAGRAJ, Oct. 12 -- Travelling to Bengaluru from Prayagraj will now be easier and more convenient. IndiGo has increased the number of direct flights between the two cities from four to six per week. The new schedule will begin from October 26, as per the winter schedule announced by the directorate general of Civil Aviation (DGCA), airport officials confirmed. Under the new plan, the flight will run every day except Saturday. According to the updated timings, the flight from Prayagraj will leave at 12:55 pm and reach Bengaluru at 3:40 pm. From Bengaluru, the flight will depart at 9:35 am and land in Prayagraj at 12:15 pm. The number of passengers at Prayagraj Airport has been growing steadily. Due to high demand during the festive season, ticket prices have also gone up. While the average fare was earlier around Rs.7,000, it has now risen to as much as Rs.17,000 on certain dates....
