Haldwani, April 15 -- A man has been arrested from the Banbhulpura area of Haldwani late on Monday with 129 narcotic injections in his possession. Banbhulpura police station in-charge Dinesh Fartyal said the arrested was made during routine checking. "A man was fpund roaming under suspicious circumstances in Ghafoor Basti during checking.
