Bijnor, July 15 -- A court here has sentenced a man to 20 years of imprisonment in connection with the rape of a seven-year-old girl. Additional district government counsel Bhalendra Rathore on Tuesday said that on March 10, 2024, a resident of a village in Kotwali police station area of Bijnor had lodged a complaint alleging that his seven-year-old daughter had gone to an orchard when accused, Dilip Shah, took her to a sugarcane field and raped her.
