LUCKNOW, Feb. 12 -- The law and justice department headed by CM Yogi Adityanath has got a mega provision of Rs.9,845 crore, a substantial increase of 9% from last year. As promised to the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh, the government has also proposed Rs.1,000 crore for construction of court complexes across the state. The government has also decided to regularise the existing 81 fast track courts across the state. For the speedy disposal of cases related to crimes against women, it has been decided to regularise 81 fast track courts and the continuation of 212 temporary fast track courts under the Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act, along with 38 additional courts and five special courts.
