India, Aug. 9 -- Italy-based kathak dancer Nathalie Rajaswala and Scotland-based Shweta Jariwala gave a musical tribute to late Pandit Arjun Mishra, a disciple of late Pandit Birju Maharaj, during an event held at International Buddh Auditorium in Lucknow. Pandit Anuj Mishra, mentor of both international performers and son of Pt Arjun Mishra, also performed on the occasion with his wife and reality show star Neha Singh Sengar. The senior and young students of Anuj's kathak academy too performed and paid tribute to the kathak guru. The event opened with Durga vandana and was followed by a performance by junior students on Siya Ramchandra. Nathalie and Shweta gave solo and group performances with the students of the institute. Pandit Vikas Mishra and Anivaran Taluqdar supported on tabla, Dhruv Tripathi on sarangi and Prakhar Pandey on vocals. HTC...
