LUCKNOW, Oct. 11 -- Integral University concluded its international conference on Transportation Geotechnics and Sustainable Materials for Advanced Resilient Infrastructure (TG-SMART 2026) with a valedictory session at Central Auditorium on Saturday. Organised by the department of civil engineering from October 8-10 in association with Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS), Lucknow Chapter, and with CSIR-CBRI and CSIR-CRRI as technical partners, the conference brought together academicians, researchers, industry experts and professionals. Civil engineering depart- ment head Prof Syed Aqeel Ahmad was present at the programme. Conference chair and vice-chancellor Prof Furqan Qamar congratulated the organisers and highlighted the role of civil engineers in shaping civilisations and developing infrastructure.
