The department also directed agencies to accelerate urban projects, indicating a push for transparency and time-bound service delivery. Chairing a monthly review meeting at the UP Housing and Development Board auditorium, the principal secretary assessed progress on key schemes, pending cases and revenue generation. The OTS-2026 portal, available at www.upots.in, was formally introduced to allow allottees to apply online and track applications, with officials stating the system will reduce delays and streamline dues settlement.
