JODHPUR, May 19 -- The Rajasthan high court has dissolved a marriage on grounds of cruelty while issuing strong observations against the 'atta-satta' custom, particularly when it involves children, a lawyer said on Monday. A bench of justices Arun Monga and Sunil Beniwal passed the order earlier this month on an appeal by a woman, setting aside a family court order that dismissed her divorce plea.
