PANAJI, Feb. 27 -- The Goa Police on Thursday filed the chargesheet naming a total of 13 accused responsible for the nightclub fire that claimed 25 lives on December 6, at Arpora in north Goa. The 4150 page chargesheet, that lists 306 witnesses was submitted before the Mapusa Judicial Magistrate, where the accused including Luthra brothers Saurabh and Gaurav, were produced on Thursday and handed over copies of the chargesheet.
