Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 17 -- The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has issued a notice to Keralam Leader of Opposition (LoP) Pinarayi Vijayan asking him to appear for questioning next week in connection with the CMRL monthly payoffs case. Officials familiar with the case said the former chief minister has been summoned to appear at the ED's zonal unit office in Kochi on October 23. This is the first time that Vijayan has been summoned by the central agency in the case.
