Crash near Hapur claims life of BJYM leader, two others
Meerut, May 16 -- A road accident near Hapur claimed the lives of three young men, including a BJP Yuva Morcha mandal president, in the wee hours of Friday. They were returning from a wedding ceremony in Bulandshahr. Another youth sustained critical injuries and is undergoing treatment in a hospital.
According to police, the victims were travelling back to Meerut after attending a wedding function in the Syana area of Bulandshahr. The deceased have been identified as Vishant Tyagi, a resident of Uttarakhand Colony under the Medical police station area and BJP Yuva Morcha Jagriti Vihar mandal president, along with his friends Lavi and Lalit Chauhan. Their companion Mithun suffered serious injuries in the accident.Police said Vishant Tyagi and his three friends were returning to Meerut late at night in a car. Near Hapur, an unidentified vehicle allegedly rammed into their car with tremendous force.The impact of the collision was so severe that the car was completely mangled, trapping the occupants inside. Vishant Tyagi, Lavi, and Lalit Chauhan died on the spot due to critical injuries.htc...
