GORAKHPUR, July 26 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath will visit Gorakhpur on July 28 for the third time this month, during which he is scheduled to attend the Civil Bar Association's introductory conference, participate in the concluding ceremony of the Shri Ram Katha at the Gorakhnath Temple and review development and administrative matters, district authorities said on Saturday. The CM is also likely to inaugurate a Kalyan Mandap in Basharatpur during the visit. District authorities have stepped up preparations ahead of his arrival. Senior superintendent of police (SSP) Dr Kaustubh reviewed security arrangements and lighting at the Bar Association venue, where the CM is expected to interact with members of the legal fraternity. During the conference, Yogi is likely to address advocates on issues related to the justice delivery system and the role of lawyers in strengthening democratic institutions. Civil Court Bar Association secretary Anuj Asthana said the event would bring together newly elected office-bearers, senior advocates and members of the association while providing an opportunity to present their concerns before the CM.
