Lucknow, June 1 -- Amid ongoing storms, rainfall and strong winds across UP, chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday directed officials to remain on high alert and ensure prompt relief operations in affected areas. With the Meteorological department issuing a rain alert for all 75 districts, the CM instructed district administrations, the Relief Commissioner's Office and other departments to closely monitor the situation and respond swiftly to any emergency. He ordered immediate relief assistance to families affected by loss of life, livestock or property due to adverse weather. Officials were also directed to assess crop damage.
