PRAYAGRAJ, Dec. 23 -- In preparation for Magh Mela-2026, the Prayagraj Mela Authority has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ride-hailing platform 'Rapido' to provide convenient and affordable transportation facilities for devotees. Under this initiative, 28 pick-up and drop-off points have been identified and shared with the company, informed officials. As part of the agreement, a special training camp will be organised on Tuesday at Allahabad University (AU) campus, for which permission has already been granted by the university administration. Through this camp, students will be trained to operate bike services, giving them an opportunity for part-time employment during the fair, officials added.
