BHU VC visits south campus, interacts with students
VARANASI, April 7 -- Vice-chancellor Prof Ajit Kumar Chaturvedi on Monday visited the Rajiv Gandhi South Campus of BHU and participated in several activities. Upon arrival, he paid floral tribute to Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya. He also inaugurated sanitary pad vending machines installed in the Vindhyavasini, Himadri, and Nilgiri hostels on the campus.
During the visit, he interacted with girl students, listened to their concerns, and assured them that appropriate steps would be taken to address their issues.
As chief guest Prof Chaturvedi attended the valedictory session of one-day hands-on workshop on "AI Integration in Teaching, Learning, and Research". Prof Ashish Bajpai, director at Institute of Management Studies was the guest of honour. He also interacted with students of BVoc and MVoc (DDU Kaushal Kendra) and encouraged them to share any difficulties they were facing. Dean of students welfare Prof Ranjan Kumar Singh, Dean of Faculty of Arts Prof Sushma Ghildyal, and principal of Mahila Mahavidyalaya Prof Rita Singh were also present. htc...
