LUCKNOW, June 30 -- A balloon vendor and two bystanders were injured after the air cylinder the vendor was using, exploded in Lucknow's Ghantaghar area on Monday night, police said. According to police statement, the incident took place around 9.30 pm. Jamal, 50, was using the cylinder to fill balloons with air when it suddenly exploded. The two bystanders sustained minor injuries. They were identified as Ilyas, 45, a resident of Ramganj, Hussainabad, and Zakir, 50, a resident of Mohinipurwa's Gas Godam area.
