LUCKNOW, Sept. 10 -- Five new Influenza-A (H1N1) cases were reported in Lucknow on Wednesday, taking the number of active cases to 61. One patient was hospitalised, while four are in home isolation, according to a press release shared with the media. So far, 28 patients have been hospitalised, of whom 24 have recovered and been discharged, chief medical officer Dr NB Singh said. Patients with severe symptoms such as breathlessness, chest pain, low blood pressure, unconsciousness or bluish nails should undergo Real-Time RT-PCR testing and be hospitalised if required. Those with mild symptoms do not need testing and should rest at home while following medical advice.
