Kolkata, Jan. 16 -- The office of the Block Development Officer (BDO) in West Bengal's Uttar Dinajpur district was vandalised on Thursday allegedly during an SIR hearing, officers aware of the details said. "We have received a complaint from the BDO. Investigation is going on," an officer Chakulia police station said. At least 10 people have been arrested in connection with the incident, officials said.
