Kanpur, June 5 -- Paper leaks have fallen significantly under the BJP and do not warrant the resignation of the Union education minister, UP state education minister Yogendra Upadhyay said in Kanpur on Thursday, defending the Centre against ongoing controversies surrounding national examinations, including NEET. Speaking at a press conference marking 12 years of the Narendra Modi government, Upadhyay dismissed suggestions that paper leaks reflect a government failure, asserting that such incidents were far more frequent under previous regimes.
