"Under the guidance of divisional railway manager, Vivek Kumar, and the leadership of senior divisional commercial manager, Uchit Singhal, various strategic measures were taken to ensure better passenger comfort, safety, stress-free travel, and basic amenities for passengers during Holi," said an official spokesperson. In accordance with this, senior officials periodically inspected various railway stations in the Jammu Division and, based on a "zero-inconvenience" policy, special attention was paid to passengers. To meet the additional passenger demand during Holi festival, special trains are being operated from Jammu and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Delhi, Varanasi, and other major cities, he added.
