Dharamshala, March 20 -- A 19-year-old B.Com first-year female student's body was found at a college in Palampur in Himachal's Kangra district on Thursday. It appears to be suicide, police officials said. Officials said that after reaching her classroom at 8.45 am, she locked the door from inside and hanged herself from a fan.
