Shimla, Sept. 15 -- Raising questions over the process of establishing a robotic surgery network in Himachal Pradesh, BJP state vice-president and MLA Vinod Kumar said the state government should make public the entire process related to the procurement, pricing, tendering, technical standards and maintenance of robotic surgery machines.
