New Delhi, Sept. 21 -- Three men claiming links to the Gogi gang were arrested after an exchange of fire with police in Rohini's Sector 24 early Saturday. Two suspects, Ashrook Khan alias Lallu and Irfan, sustained leg injuries; Nitesh Sharma was also arrested. Two others fled, police said. Deputy commissioner of police (Rohini) Rajiv Ranjan stated, "When we received information about Lallu's firing plan, police teams were activated to foil the attack." According to police, the suspects rammed a police vehicle and opened fire before being overpowered. Three firearms were recovered.
