Bodies found in Sec-29 and Badshahpur
Gurugram, Oct. 30 -- Two unidentified male bodies, both bludgeoned to death, were recovered by Gurugram Police in separate incidents in Sector 29 and Badshahpur, officers said on Wednesday.
One body was found in the parking lot of the defunct Kingdom of Dreams in Sector 29.
A senior police official said, requesting anonymity, broken liquor bottles were found nearby, indicating a dispute. "The killers had even dragged the body on the ground for several metres," he said, adding that the victim's face was smashed with bricks and concrete tiles, probably to hide his identity.
"We are trying to ascertain his identity. The deceased has religious tattoos on his forearms."
The second body was found in a secluded area of Badshahpur. The victim had deep head wounds from a heavy blunt weapon and was stripped of his clothes and belongings.
Sandeep Turan, public relations officer of Gurugram police, said both bodies were sent to the government mortuary.
"Once their family members are traced, the autopsies will be carried out and murder cases will be registered at DLF police station in Sector 29 and Badshahpur for nabbing the killers," said Turan. The bodies will be preserved for 72 hours for identification....
