Gurugram, Aug. 5 -- Unidentified motorcycle-borne suspects wearing uniform of delivery executives shot dead Haryanvi pop single Rahul Yadav financer Rohit Shokeen on a road connecting Southern Peripheral Road and NH-48 on Monday night, said police. Yadav is famous by the name Fazilpuria and suspects had opened fire on him while he was travelling in his Mahindra Thar near Sector-71 on the night of July 14 over an alleged financial dispute with a gangster. ACP (Manesar) Virender Saini said that Shokeen, 40, was travelling in his Delhi-registered car when the incident took place near Sector-77 around 9pm. "At least 12 to 15 rounds were opened fire by the assailants. Shokeen probably sustained at least seven bullet wounds. There are at least three bullet wounds visible. Exact numbers will be clear from the autopsy. He had died at the spot," he said. Saini said that Shokeen was a resident of Kamaruddin Nagar under Nihal Vihar police station area of Delhi. "He was into property dealing and had criminal antecedents too. We suspect there was some real estate related dispute going on with the deceased. The exact motive behind the murder will be clear after investigation," he said....
