Gurugram, Aug. 15 -- When Nisha Yadav moved to Gurugram from a laid-back life in Goa, it wasn't the city's skyline that left an impression on her. It was the pace. With thousands of professionals working late hours, frequent office celebrations and an ever-growing delivery ecosystem, bakeries and cloud kitchens have become an essential part of urban life, she said. "Coming from Goa, Gurugram felt completely different. It is fast-moving, ambitious and full of possibilities. If you have an idea and are willing to work hard, this city gives you the platform to grow," says Nisha. For her, Gurugram represents the possibility of reinvention-a city that transformed a corporate professional into a baker....
