Panchkula, May 26 -- A workshop on Classroom Management and Strategies was conducted for teachers at St Xavier's High School, Panchkula. The session focused on understanding different types of students and managing their behaviour effectively. Teachers were guided to act as role models, set clear rules and use interactive methods like team projects and dialogue-based teaching. The use of visual aids such as diagrams and charts was encouraged to improve learning. Instead of reactive leadership, educators were guided to practise proactive classroom management by observing, understanding and addressing issues early.
