India, Jan. 26 -- Protein is vital for immunity, muscle health, appetite control, and weight management, but quality matters. Celebrity trainer Siddhartha Singh, who has worked with Tamannaah Bhatia, ranked protein sources from S (best) to D (least effective). He created a tier list categorised into S, A, B, C, and D, with S being the best and highest-protein category and D the worst. Here's his list: Dal, a common Indian staple, is an incomplete protein and placed in the B tier for low assimilation. Nuts, though nutrient-dense, offer little usable protein and are ranked C-tier, not ideal as a primary source. Greek yoghurt, the trainer's favourite, earns an A-tier ranking with around 8 grams of protein per 100 grams. Packaged snacks and biscuits aren't reliable protein sources. The trainer warned, "Anything which is a biscuit and says protein on it, avoid it in all cases. I am going to put that in the D tier." The trainer placed paneer in the S tier, noting it as a top protein source, with low-fat paneer being an even better option....
