St Soldier students take addiction-free India pledge
Mohali, Aug. 11 -- Students of St Soldier International Convent School reaffirmed their commitment towards building an addiction-free India through an enlightening session conducted during the morning assembly. Aditi from the Brahma Kumaris organisation, Mohali, interacted with the students and highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy mind and body. She sensitised the students about the harmful effects of addiction. The students were guided through a short meditation session to help them calm their minds, organise their thoughts and begin the day with a positive and optimistic outlook. They were also encouraged to nurture positive thoughts and affirmations as part of their daily routine. Principal Anjli Sharma appreciated the efforts of the Brahma Kumaris organisation and thanked Aditi for her valuable interaction....
