Mohali, Aug. 11 -- Students of St Soldier International Convent School reaffirmed their commitment towards building an addiction-free India through an enlightening session conducted during the morning assembly. Aditi from the Brahma Kumaris organisation, Mohali, interacted with the students and highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy mind and body. She sensitised the students about the harmful effects of addiction. The students were guided through a short meditation session to help them calm their minds, organise their thoughts and begin the day with a positive and optimistic outlook. They were also encouraged to nurture positive thoughts and affirmations as part of their daily routine.
