Panchkula, Aug. 25 -- A doctors' talk was organised for the young learners of classes Nursery and LKG of St Soldier's School, Sector 16 to create awareness about the importance of healthy habits and personal well-being. The session was conducted by the school doctor, Dr. Preeti, who interacted with the children in a simple and engaging manner. She spoke about essential healthy habits such as eating nutritious food, drinking plenty of water, maintaining personal hygiene, brushing teeth regularly, washing hands, getting adequate sleep and staying physically active. Through an age-appropriate and interactive discussion, Dr. Preeti encouraged the children to make healthy choices and follow good habits every day. The little ones listened with great enthusiasm and actively participated in the session.
