Mohali, Sept. 11 -- The school premises of St Paul's International School came alive with devotion, joy and festivity as Janmashtami was celebrated with immense religious fervour and enthusiasm. Jhankis depicting various scenes from the divine life of Lord Krishna were presented by the students. One of the most soulful moments of the celebration was the devotional bhajan presented by the teachers, accompanied by the snan of Lord Krishna. The entire atmosphere resonated with spiritual vibrations as everyone joined in the prayers and sought the divine blessings of Lord Krishna. The celebration was further attended by Anamika Rudra, who performed the auspicious ceremonial matki-breaking and offered snan to Lord Krishna. Rajesh Rudra, chairman, enlightened the students about the significance of Janmashtami.
