India, Sept. 30 -- Actor Katrina Kaif, who welcomed her son Vihaan last November, recently faced social media trolling over her postpartum weight gain, drawing support from several actors. The latest to come out in support is Sobhita Dhulipala. At a recent NDTV event, Sobhita addressed the scrutiny women face in the film industry, saying, "Women are expected to be strong, sensitive, and many things. And different women handle things differently, so there is no generic rule. When you say that public criticism is disappointing, I am sure it can be for many people; we are all human. We just deal with it in a way that makes sense for us." New mother Parineeti Chopra also came out in Katrina's support, calling comments about women's bodies after childbirth "uneducated". Salman Khan, meanwhile, criticised the trolling on Bigg Boss 20, without directly naming Katrina. He said, "Pregnant hone ke baad everyone puts on weight," adding that new mothers should be given time to focus on their families and that they can get fit when they return to work.
