Toronto, May 22 -- Shots were fired at the house of Cricket Canada president Arwinder Khosa in Surrey, British Columbia, in the early hours of Wednesday, in what police say is being investigated as an extortion-related incident. The residence in Newton was occupied at the time, but no injuries were reported, and damage consistent with gunfire was found by Surrey police service officers responding to the scene.
