Chandigarh, Aug. 3 -- Shishu Niketan Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 22, Chandigarh, organised Exhibition 2026 on the theme "Unveiling Nature: Explore, Discover and Protect." The exhibition was inaugurated by Surender Dahiya, director, SCERT, as the chief guest, in the gracious presence of Chanchal Singh, RTE consultant, CCPCR, guest of honour, who appreciated the school's commitment to promoting experiential and activity-based learning. Around 165 students from Nursery to Class 5 enthusiastically participated in the Science and Social Studies Exhibition, showcasing an impressive array of innovative models, scientific experiments, and thematic displays. The exhibition provided a wonderful platform for the young learners to demonstrate their creativity, curiosity, and understanding through interactive and engaging presentations. The exhibits covered a wide range of topics, including scientific experiments, the solar system and the universe, different landforms, major cities of India, changing seasons, jungle ecosystems, environmental conservation, and astonishing facts about the world. Each exhibit reflected the students' imagination, scientific temperament, and conceptual understanding while beautifully portraying the theme of exploring, discovering, and protecting nature.
