India, Sept. 15 -- T he CBI on Monday registered an FIR in connection with the 2020 death of celebrity manager Disha Salian, with her father Satish Salian naming Aaditya Thackeray, Rhea Chakraborty, Sooraj Pancholi, Dino Morea and others while recording his statement before the agency. The development follows a Bombay High Court order directing a fresh probe into the case. Salian died on June 8, 2020, six days before actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra home. Her death had earlier been recorded as an Accidental Death Report (ADR). During an earlier hearing, the HC questioned why only an ADR had been registered despite the family alleging murder, and noted that copies of the post-mortem report and ADR had not been given to them even years later. After recording his statement, Satish said, "I state the facts exactly as they were; I told them everything that happened to my daughter. I listed all the names: Aditya, Sooraj, Dino and bodyguards."
