Ahmedabad, June 6 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday attacked the Congress over the leadership change in Karnataka, saying the party was forced to replace its chief minister due to public anger over its "misrule" in the southern state. Addressing a gathering in Surat after inaugurating development projects worth over Rs.18,800 crore, Modi said: "The politics of a crumbling Congress, of seeking opportunity in self-created anarchy, will not work. In Karnataka too, there is deep anger among the people against the Congress government. And that is why Congress changed the CM."
