Over 1,300 villages marooned in Punjab, schools shut till Sept 3
India, Sept. 1 -- As many as 1,312 villages are inundated across Punjab, state minister Hardeep Singh Mundian said on Sunday, adding that Gurdaspur is the worst hit.
