India, Jan. 8 -- A ctor Nimrat Kaur has begun 2026 with a spiritual journey, visiting the Shri Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple in Omkareshwar Mandhata, followed by seeking blessings at the Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple in Ujjain (both in Madhya Pradesh), where she also attended the sacred Bhasma Aarti. Speaking to us from the temple premises, Nimrat says, "It had been a wish and a dream for a very long time to come to Mahakaleshwar and pay my respects at the jyotirlinga. Finally, with the divine calling, as they say from Mahakaal Baba himself, I was able to be there on the first Monday of the New Year." Nimrat, last seen in The Family Man Season 3, says the experience of witnessing the Bhasma Aarti exceeded everything she had heard. "From the moment the gates open to the shringar and slowly as the invocation begins through music, chants and instruments reverberating through the prayer hall, everything felt beyond divine," shares the actor, who describes herself as a devout Shiva bhakt. She also speaks fondly of Omkareshwar: "Everything there feels truly God-blessed, from the geography to the sheer visual magnificence."...
