Chandigarh, Nov. 3 -- The students of DC Montessori Sr Sec (SMART) School participated in various activities organised to celebrate National Unity Day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. A poster-making activity on the themes "United We Stand" and "The Iron Man of India" was conducted, wherein students showcased their creativity and artistic expression by designing thought-provoking and meaningful posters promoting the spirit of unity. A declamation and poem recitation competition on "Life and Contribution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel" was also held for senior students, who eloquently expressed their insightful views on Patel's pivotal role in national integration.
