Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 17 -- The 19-year-old driver of the Mini Cooper that crashed and killed three people on October 11 in Keralam's Kochi, had a blood alcohol concentration level (BAC) five times the permissible limit on the day of the incident, police said on Friday, citing accused Suhail Sajeev's blood report. "The BAC limit for driving in India is 30 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood. Suhail Sajeev's blood sample, taken following the incident on October 11, showed levels of five times the legal limit. It shows he was highly intoxicated," a senior officer said. The reports, however, have not confirmed any drug use. Meanwhile, a local court in Angamaly is set to pronounce its order on the accused's bail pleas on Saturday.htc...
