Amritsar, Sept. 14 -- Lotus Valley Senior School celebrated Teachers' Day with enthusiasm and reverence, commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, eminent educationist, philosopher and former President. The celebrations commenced with a special morning assembly organised by the students. A soulful prayer and devotional song were followed by poems, speeches and presentations highlighting the vital role of teachers in shaping young minds and society. Students also presented an engaging skit dedicated to teachers, along with colourful cultural performances. A special highlight of the celebration was the felicitation of teachers for their dedicated service and academic excellence. The school management honoured six teachers who have completed more than 10 years of service at Lotus Valley Senior School. Two teachers were also honoured for their students' outstanding academic performance, achieving 100% marks in their respective subjects.
