Leopard with paralysed hind legs rescued in HP's Sirmaur
Shimla, June 7 -- A leopard with paralysed hind legs was found lying injured in the Rajgarh area of Himachal Pradesh's Sirmaur district, prompting the forest department to cordon off the area and call in a specialised wildlife rescue team, officials said on Saturday.
Locals spotted the leopard lying in Ward No. 7 of Kotli village under the Rajgarh Nagar Panchayat on Friday and informed the forest department.
