Lee Dong Wook impersonator dupes woman of over Rs.24 lakh
India, Sept. 20 -- A woman in her late 30s allegedly lost around 35 million won (Rs.24.20 Lakh) after being duped by someone posing as South Korean actor Lee Dong Wook. Over eight months, the impersonator discussed marriage and meeting her family, leading her to believe they were in a serious relationship. According to Korean news outlet Hankook Ilbo, the woman said, "It grew into a romantic relationship. I called him 'oppa' and he called me 'honey.' He told me he had chosen me as his spouse". However, the woman said they never met in person and never spoke over the phone. The actor's agency has warned fans against scammers seeking money for VIP meetings or private access....
