Kamla Nehru Public School organises CBSE Kaushal Mela
Phagwara, May 6 -- Kamla Nehru Public School, Chak Hakim, Phagwara organised CBSE Kaushal Mela as part of its ongoing STEM Fest 2026, a two-week celebration of innovation, creativity, and experiential learning for K-12 students, which commenced on 21 April 2026.
The fourth day of the fest witnessed enthusiastic participation from approximately 334 students of Classes 4-B to 7, who presented engaging and experiential learning showcases under Kaushal Bodh (CBSE Vocational Education). Through thoughtfully curated classroom presentations, students explored a wide range of themes including Safety Before Selfies, Our Happy & Green Campus, India's Unique Ecosystems, Smart Kitchen Garden, Cooking Without Fire, Discovering Life Around Us.
The presentations reflected creativity, environmental awareness, practical learning, and age-appropriate innovation, offering parents and visitors a meaningful glimpse into experiential education at the foundational and middle school levels.
Students and teachers from Sacred Heart School, Jalandhar and STS World School, Jalandhar visited the mela and actively engaged with the exhibits, making the event interactive, collaborative, and enriching for all participants.The programme also featured impressive ATL / STEM Innovation Lab Project Demonstrations, where young innovators showcased creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills through student-led presentations.
Paramjeet Kaur Dhillon, principal shared fest will conclude on May 06, 2026. She further shared that approximately 1000 students, teachers, and educators from schools across Amritsar, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Phagwara, and Bathinda participated in the various phases of STEM Fest....
